MVVS 80 IRS single side spark plug (Sport version) with MVVS produced inertia type starter motor and special ignition ICU-P/starter with integrated Electric Speed Controller. The ESC inhibits the starter motor when the engine runs, and prevents further operation of the starter motor until the engine stops. The starter system adds 600g to the engine weight - a small penalty for the convenience of starting using a transmitter switch.

The engine as delivered includes oil, starter motor, starter motor ring gear, motor drive ESC, spark plug and special ignition unit. (for use with 3S LiPo).
